Three stages.
One seamless process.
Purpose-built, continuous-flow oil recovery — operating downstream of your existing separation station. No changes to current milling process required.
Complete process flow —
POME in, CPO out.
Three-stage continuous process · 8–10 m³/hr throughput · ≥70% oil recovery
Each stage.
Engineered precisely.
POME enters a 30 m³ insulated reaction chamber where proprietary demulsifying agents are injected at controlled dosing rates. Steam heating maintains optimal reaction temperature. Controlled aeration promotes emulsion break, allowing residual oil droplets to coalesce and separate from the water phase.
Specifications
Pre-conditioned POME is fed continuously to the high-performance decanter centrifuge at 8–10 m³/hr. At 3,000+ G-force, the centrifuge simultaneously separates the stream into three distinct phases: a crude oil fraction, clarified water, and wet solids. Siemens PLC and ABB VFD controls ensure stable 24/7 automated operation.
Specifications
The separated crude oil fraction is collected in dedicated 5,000-litre V1105 storage tanks and reintegrated directly into the mill's existing crude oil output pipeline. Output is industrial-grade SPO (sludge palm oil) — qualifying as waste-based feedstock under the EU Renewable Energy Directive, with premium demand from biofuel and SAF refiners.
